Cliff Devries,a 44 year old man and the diving coach of RIT,is a paralysed person.Many think how a paralysed person can be a coach.But the will power of the person only decides his/her survival.
On his age of 20.The doctors found a 6 inch tumour in his brain.Then they operated it and as a result of this his left side body got paralysed and he was unable to work in left side of his body
He was recovering step by step.And he tried as much as he can to move his left hand and legs.And his self confidence had a great impact too.He finally managed to move with two legs
He celebrated his 44th birthday on October 30th 2017.He has a craze to do a dive each year on his birthday.This time he did the same.that video is available in social media.We can see him walking and climbing the steps and goes for a dive at a height of 3 feet.
He told that if the height is 4ft it would be more comfortable for him to complete the dive.This shows his self confidence.This is why he is a coach in RIT.We people who has got both hands and legs in proper functioning,we must do something in the world.
